Paediatric Emergency Medicine Consultant & Major Trauma Adult & Paediatric
Working at Kings College Hospital London since 2012 obtained DCH FRCS, AFRCS, MRCEM, FRCEM, achieved Post graduate Certificate in Ultrasound (PG cet. ultrasound). I am dually accredited in Adult & Paediatric emergency medicine. I cover Paediatric Emergency department, review all children presenting to ED and manage all paediatric cases .
I Started to use the Ultrasound during my placement in Trauma back in 1996. Extremely passionate about point of care ultrasound in critical care and emergency setting. Has special interest in
integrating POCUS in to managing critically ill patients. I am one of the leads for POCUS in South East London.
We run several courses (Core & Advanced) throughout the year in London which have proved to be very successful. I teach internationally (Germany, Egypt, Kuwait and Jordan) as well. I run children
ultrasound courses where children participitate in the course and obtain a work experience certificate for participitating in the course.
