Canteen complications

Due to on-going technical issues with the canteen recharge machines, we are still unable to accept the new £5 notes; we are working hard to have this fixed as soon as possible.

However, you are now able to top up your child's catering credit online using ParentMail. You can also use PlusPay in participating outlets. This will enable you to ensure money you are providing for a school lunch is being spent appropriately.

If you wish to continue to give your child money, please provide them with coins or other note denominations (£10 or £20) to use in the machines until this issue is resolved. You can also check how your child spends their money on catering by logging into ParentMail and checking their balance.
